Volunteer operators, professional results
Preset scenes collapse projector, PA, and lighting into one labelled button — community volunteers run town hall without calling integrator. LED backdrop keeps branding visible during presenter walk-across without washout.

How we build Small Auditorium
Scene presets
Volunteer-proof recall
Presentation, Film, and Event scenes documented on laminated card — no matrix routing knowledge required.

Consonant-forward EQ
PA voicing prioritises speech band — Q&A intelligible without music subs overpowering.
LED backdrop
Brand colour hold
LED calibration keeps municipal blue on-brand — not purple on camera.
Rack access
Lockable AV closet
Rack in stage-left closet — volunteer key checkout from facilities.
