Every seat earns a camera preset
Delegate mic opening triggers a stored PTZ frame — hybrid attendees see the speaker, not a static wide crop of fifty chairs. Chairman priority keeps gavel moments authoritative while automix handles cross-talk during Q&A blocks.

How we build Large Conference — 50 Seats
Mic preset
Seat index drives PTZ
GPIO from delegate unit recalls preset — framing matches seating chart exported to UC.
Chairman gate
Priority without chaos
Chairman mic ducks others politely — procedural order preserved on hybrid feed.
98" canvas
Back-row legibility
500-nit large-format keeps 10pt audit fonts readable — no secondary 'read along' PDF required.
Matrix route
Content vs camera bus
Extron separates presentation and program feeds — record path stays stable during slide changes.
